Each year, our flagship fundraising events bring together passionate, dedicated members of our community who want to help support the Horizons mission – and have a little fun.
2026 Horizons Golf Classic
Support the Horizons mission and play 18 holes at River Pointe Golf Club. Our annual Horizons Golf Classic offers sponsorship options to give you or your business several ways to help Horizons close healthcare gaps in our state.
Event Details
- Three-man tournament
- One flight, with shotgun start at 12 pm
- Lunch provided
- Hole-in-one prize opportunities on all par three holes (50/50 split of $50,000). Maximum of 3 hole-in-one winners per par three hole.
- $1,500 Team Prizes: 1st Low Gross Team, 1st Low Net Team
- Team Prize Winners take cash prize or putt for a chance at $15,000 for the Team. If more than 1 team makes the putt, prize winnings will be split between teams.

- Check-In 10:30 am – 11:30 am
- Lunch begins 11:00 am

2026 Horizons Raffle
The 2026 Horizons Raffle will be held on March 20, 2026 at the close of the Horizons Golf Classic.

- $10 per ticket
- 1st Winner: 50/50 cash prize
- 3 additional drawings for other prizes
